He will have to travel, possibly a fair bit, but it's all good!
Anyway, we haven't posted for a while so i though I would say G'Day. We've been here for 3 months now, how time flies!
Latest news is we have a post box :-) Email us if you'd like to know what it is so you can send us presents hahaha. We'll have it until we move into a more permanent housing arrangement, but we may possibly keep it as our constant address.
I was very happy to receive an email from Madeleine today - Ruby Koopa (www.rubykoopa.com.au...hey, it's my business and i'll plug if I want to!) has a great opportunity to reach a bigger market which is very exciting!!! I'm stoked, but also wish I was there to help.
I was also very happy to read an email from Tash about the theme for World Day of Prayer. The theme for the year is "In Christ we are many members yet one body". This seems to be a universal theme for this time, with many people hearing similar things from our 24/7 week of prayer at the War Room, and our 614 cell studies of the book of Philippians. Seriously, how can we claim to love God, or even know we draw comfort from His love, and yet still have disharmony? It doesn't work to not love one another, MORE than we love ourselves. Yes, it's hard. But how much more can we achieve for the Kingdom when we are UNITED, instead of tearing the body apart with our petty jealousies, annoyances and offence. Food for thought...
I know I have personally been amazed and joyful at the love and acceptance we have experienced over here from our 614 family. It's been fantastic to be immersed in community the way it's supposed to be - real, truthful and loving. More food for thought...
